NMR is an extremely versatile experimental technique with very broad range of applications. In our group we use several NMR approaches allowing for structure and transport characterisation of porous solids and for better understanding of physical properties of nano-confined matter. We aim, in particular, at finding relationships between complex pore structure, phase state and dynamics of confined matter. The experimental approaches can be classified respectively.
